About Me

Hi, I'm Tracie!

I would describe myself as a dreamer, adventurer, and free spirit who enjoys learning new things and exploring all of life’s grand possibilities. I am skilled at thinking ‘outside the box,’ and I’m known to be a bulldog when it comes to issues related to injustices & inequalities.

Throughout my 20+ year career, I have worked with diverse populations in a variety of roles within the judicial, healthcare, criminal justice, non-profit, mental health, and educational systems. I am trained as both a scientist and clinician, and my private practice focuses primarily on geriatric and forensic social work, aging care consulting, and life coaching. In addition— I also provide supervision and field instruction to other social workers, and I’m a frequent presenter and guest speaker at different institutions and sites on a number of topics.

Using a collaborative, holistic, and strengths-based approach, I generally serve individuals aged 12 and over. All the parts that make up a person (mind, body, and spirit) are considered and integrated into the helping process. I believe in the power of resiliency and hope, and I am devoted to supporting your journey so that you can

NOTE: I DO NOT PROVIDE THERAPY.  Rather, my services are centered around finding one's joy and purpose in life through empowerment and coaching techniques.
